I'm Tala Badran, and I founded Talaris because I saw too many talented people stuck in the wrong roles - and companies struggling to find the right talent. 
 

After 5 years in HR and recruitment, including leading tech hiring for companies like Frontier Labs in Paris, Base Consultancy in Dubai, I knew there was a better way. I hold a Master's in HR Management from Université Paris Cité. 

I move fast, listen carefully, and handle everything from A to Z. With a global network spanning France, Lebanon, the UAE, and the US, and fluency in English, French, and Arabic, I connect companies with exceptional talent - including top freelancers.
